How we use it
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate the property, make an offer, and communicate with you about it. If you opted in, to send text messages as described in our SMS terms.
Text messaging and your phone number
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared with service providers that help us deliver messages, such as our messaging platform, solely to provide that service.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help run our business (for example, CRM, messaging, and title companies when you're under contract), or when required by law.
