InheritedHome.Help is a small, local team that buys houses directly across the Philadelphia area, Bucks County, and New Jersey, and focuses on one thing: houses that are part of an estate.

A lot of the houses we buy come through estates. Over and over, we met families who were handed a house, a stack of paperwork, and no clear idea what came first. The deadlines weren't written down anywhere in plain English, and every professional they called was selling one piece of the process.

So we wrote it down. The guide and the timeline on this site are free, whether or not you ever sell to us.

We know firsthand how badly a house project can go. Our first purchase was a foreclosure that turned into a two-year gut renovation. That's a big part of why we take on the repairs, inspections, and surprises ourselves now, instead of leaving them with a grieving family.
